Ofir Dahan, M.A., is a Financial Consultant and has more than 10 years of experience in a variety of financial services. Ofir has experience in a variety of financial advisory services as well as auditing of public companies. Ofir also has experience in banking and capital markets services. Ofir has led due diligence projects in a variety of sectors, generally for international transactions, for both investors (Strategic or Financial) as well as for sellers (VDD) and other advisory financial services.
